Job Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare immigration forms such as I-130, I-485, and N-400.
- Manage client communications and gather supporting documents.
- Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and open and organize case files.
- Handle data entry, scanning, filing, and e-filing.
- Support attorneys and paralegals as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
- Prior legal experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Comfortable interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the law firm.
- Willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a positive office environment.
- Bonus qualifications include being bilingual (especially in Spanish or Vietnamese) and having experience with legal software and Microsoft Office, as well as prior work in customer service, administration, or healthcare.
Salary Information:
- Pay ranges from to per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
- Benefits are provided after 60 days of employment.
