**Job Title:** Legal Wealth Advisor II

**Job Responsibilities:**

A Legal Wealth Advisor II is tasked with managing and expanding a portfolio of clients primarily consisting of small to mid-sized law firms and attorneys. The role focuses on the origination and ongoing management of a profitable mix of loans, deposits, fee income, and non-interest income. The advisor is part of the Legal Specialty Group, which is dedicated to providing financial advice and solutions to attorneys and law firms. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a client portfolio typically generating in revenue, with a focus on family wealth relationships of tenured partners within client law firms.

- Supporting team members through collaborative strategies and teamwork.
- Developing processes to mitigate risk, focusing on operational, regulatory, and reputational environments.
- Fostering personal and professional growth through education seminars, conference attendance, and other continuing education activities.

**Education and Experience Information:**

**Required Qualifications:**

- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 5-7 years or more of banking experience in portfolio-oriented roles.
- Must have FINRA Series 7, Series 66, Life, Health, and Variable insurance licenses, and SAFE Act registration. These must be transferred within 60 days from the start date or acquired within 90 days from the start date.
- Extensive knowledge of banking products and services, and experience in corporate and private banking.
- Satisfies regulatory requirements, including those set by the Loan Originator Compensation rule of the Truth in Lending Act.
- Proven success in acquiring new personal client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in meeting sales goals and delivering on client needs.
- Solid understanding of wealth management and financial planning for high net worth individuals and families.
- Strong consultative and client management skills, with the ability to sell a wide range of products and services.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and client service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-faceted client mandates and coordinated relationship engagement teams.
- Solid understanding of the legal profession.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Certifications such as CFP, CTFA, CDFA, or similar designations.
- An MBA or other advanced post-graduate degree.
