Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in all aspects of transactional management, document revisions, closing preparation, due diligence review, title insurance company coordination, preparing transaction binders and drafting routine correspondence and documents. Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of commercial real estate experience is required. Experience with commercial Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions is helpful. Paralegal and notary certificate is required.
