Experience Requirements

- 8 years of sales/marketing experience in a professional services environment
- Previous law firm experience preferred

Salary Information

The expected hiring range for this position is $146,349 - $232,701 per year, depending on the candidate's geographic market location and other qualifications.

Job Type

Full-time, remote/hybrid work arrangement possible

Location

This position may be based out of any of our . offices, with the option for remote work.

Responsibilities

- Identify and articulate the differentiators of the firm's strategic and cross-disciplinary practice groups
- Develop and implement data-driven, integrated client targeting initiatives
- Understand market dynamics and client needs to develop effective messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with various teams within the Marketing Department to increase awareness of the firm's capabilities
- Lead client targeting efforts and manage lead generation from campaigns and business development pipelines
- Write marketing collateral and business development content
- Manage targeting efforts and sales pipelines for marketing initiatives
- Develop an effective strategy for achieving awards and directories' recognition
- Create quarterly impact reports
- Assist with planning practice meetings and retreats
- Provide input on marketing budget
- Measure and track results of marketing programs

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
