Bilingual Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have experience in Personal Injury And/or Other General Civil/Commercial Litigation; experience in trial preparation and coordinating depositions, mediations, motion hearings, filing complaints, etc. Must have experience in research & drafting skills particularly: Complaints, Discovery Requests & Responses, and Other Motion Practices.
