Job Title: Proposals & Pursuits Coordinator - (Remote)
Job Responsibilities:
- Support senior members of the central proposals and pursuits team on large, complex RFP activities.
- Work on RFP opportunities, ensuring adherence to the firm's best practice processes.
- Assist in identifying winning strategies and drafting persuasive key sales messages that highlight the unique offerings of the law firm.
- Coordinate and manage inputs from various stakeholders involved in proposals and pursuits.
- Draft, edit, format, and produce RFP response documents, utilizing both standard content and original content tailored to specific opportunities, such as executive summaries.
- Support attorneys in preparing for client presentations.
- Track all proposal opportunities within the firm's CRM system.
- Maintain a library of proposal-related content for future use.
- Create reports related to proposal activities.
- Duties and responsibilities may evolve based on the needs of the department or law firm.
Education and Experience Information:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in a similar professional services environment, with a focus on bid/pitch-heavy roles.
Skills:
- Experience with proposals in a professional services setting.
- Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and proof-reading skills.
- Strong IT literacy.
- Confidence and credibility when dealing with senior stakeholders, including partners and senior managers.
- Initiative and the ability to work independently without significant supervision.
- Experience in a partnership environment with an understanding of client-focused approaches.
- Ability to quickly learn about the firm and grasp technical terms.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and views clearly and convincingly.

- Equipment To Be Used: Personal computer and office equipment such as telephone, calculator, fax machine, copier, scanner, etc.

Working Conditions:
- The position is remote but requires the individual to be within a 2-hour commuting distance from the law firm office for emergencies or special circumstances.
- Occasional requirements to work beyond the regular schedule and potential in-office work requests, necessitating proximity to the office.
Salary Information:
- Pittsburgh, Houston, Dallas: - per hour
- Chicago: - per hour
- Compensation is hourly, based on the number of hours worked annually, in accordance with the role's non-exempt status.
