Job Title: Analyst, eDiscovery Services
Job Responsibilities:
The Analyst in eDiscovery Services at the law firm is primarily responsible for supporting the firm's disputes lawyers and clients by providing strategic technology and methodologies. The role is positioned at the intersection of law, technology, and data analysis, requiring a strong interest in these areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Project Managers to assist in setting up and managing eDiscovery databases for document review, analysis, and production.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of client projects.
- Maintaining documentation regarding the collection of electronic data from clients.
- Organizing and preparing data for loading, processing, review, and production.
- Assisting Project Managers in applying AI and sampling methodologies to large data sets.
- Generating daily productivity metrics to measure progress and status of document review projects.
- Generating reports and conducting searches within the firm's eDiscovery platforms.
- Performing quality control checks of work products of stakeholders involved in the eDiscovery process.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum one year of work experience in an office environment is required.
- Experience in eDiscovery, document review, law firm, corporate legal, or vendor preferred, but not required.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and handle concurrent projects with high-quality results.
- Willingness to provide after-hours, overtime, and weekend support as necessary.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with appropriate supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with lawyers, vendors, and other key project stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under rigorous deadlines and in high-pressure situations.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Professionalism, personal integrity, and a high degree of confidentiality.
- Reliable, flexible, and a client-service attitude in all situations is essential.
