Marketing and Business Development Manager - Join Our Growing Law Firm in New Haven!

Overview:

**Members Only**worldwide, a leading law firm with offices around the world, is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our team in New Haven. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 days a week, and occasional travel to other offices may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and client alerts
- Conduct market research and assist in developing marketing plans and responses to RFPs
- Collaborate with different departments to support strategic projects and growth initiatives
- Produce pitch documents for clients and intermediaries
- Manage marketing budgets and bring new ideas to elevate market awareness
- Support events, sponsorships, and client entertainment
- Maintain and update marketing materials, including publications and presentations
- Utilize digital and social media to raise awareness and track effectiveness

Key Skills and Experience:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law or professional services firm
- Strong business acumen and experience with social media tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
- Enthusiastic and friendly with the ability to work with people at all levels
- Superior project management skills and fluency with digital and social media
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of design programs a plus
- Availability for early morning or evening events as needed

Experience and Education Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
