Overview

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in litigation, specifically defending federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions.
- Experience handling investigations before various agencies such as the . Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, and the EEOC is required.
- The candidate should also have experience appearing before the National Labor Relations Board for matters related to union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrations.
- Strong experience in employment litigation in federal and state court is necessary.
- A JD from an ABA accredited law school is required.
- The candidate must be admitted to practice in California.
Salary Information
- The total annual compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $180,000.
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
