Job Title: Quality Control Auditor
Job Responsibilities:
- Listen to and audit recorded phone calls between clients and representatives to ensure professionalism, accuracy, and compliance with firm protocols.
- Review case file data inputs in the firm's systems for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify trends, gaps, or compliance issues and collaborate with team leads to address them.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Officer and Training Team to support ongoing quality improvements.
- Ensure all communication meets bilingual standards and is client-friendly in both Spanish and English.
Education and Experience Information:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Previous experience in call auditing, quality assurance, or case data auditing is preferred, especially within a legal or high-volume client service environment.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills are essential.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, is required.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback are important.
- The candidate must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Salary Information:
- Compensation for this position ranges from to per hour, depending on experience.
- The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with expected hours ranging from 20 to 40 per week.
