Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support business development programs and initiatives for the Policy & Regulatory practice area and Healthcare and Life Sciences industry groups
- Assist with creating and delivering lawyer and client-focused communications and materials
- Update practice-specific marketing collateral and other business development resources
- Plan and execute sponsorships, seminars, client events, conferences, trade shows, and other firm-sponsored events
- Conduct research on key clients, industries, and competitors, including business trends and competitive landscape
- Draft, edit, and proofread proposals, invitations, biographies, practice content, and brochures
- Maintain experience databases and assist with data collection from lawyers
- Work with firm and industry rankings and submissions
- Assist with meeting coordination and follow-up for initiatives related to practice areas
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a professional services organization or equivalent corporate environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with a positive, can-do attitude
