Job Title: Payroll Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform tasks related to the semi-monthly payroll cycle accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with internal and external payroll and benefit audits.
- Help with report requests.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Maintain the accuracy and proper storage of all payroll documentation, including policies, processes, and forms.
- Prepare funding requests for payroll, tax filings, HSAs, FSAs, and retirement plans.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and concerns.
- Support the broader Total Rewards team by addressing requests from internal and external clients as needed.

Education and Experience Information:

Key Requirements:

Essential:
- Previous experience with multi-state payroll processing.
- Knowledge of payroll best practices and regulations.
- Understanding of benefit programs such as FSA/HSA and 401k administration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to create a friendly and professional rapport with attorneys, staff, and external parties.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters and respond effectively to such matters.

Desirable:
- FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with ADP and Workday is preferred.
