Job Title: Digital Communications Specialist (Hybrid, Bilingual)

Job Responsibilities:
The Digital Communications Specialist will play a crucial role in the development and support of the firm's digital marketing content, video, and podcast organization. This position involves both in-person and virtual collaboration with colleagues. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing individual elements of the firm's website content management systems, digital content, email marketing, and social media efforts.
- Supporting the digital communications team manager in implementing various marketing projects.
- Interfacing independently with lawyers/professionals for bio changes and other website content updates.
- Drafting original content and reviewing team members' work related to social media posts for new hires, publications, and firm events.
- Ensuring that all social media posts meet the firm's standards, including platforms like LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Creating regular website analytics and readership reports.
- Utilizing various digital marketing technologies to develop necessary technical skills.
- Conducting regular quality control checks of the website content management system and improving workflow and data quality.
- Working with the team manager to review and beta test new technologies and processes.
- Maintaining written documentation and training materials for marketing technology products and services.
- Communicating and enforcing coding standards as well as the firm's writing and branding standards.
- Handling special projects and duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
Required Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of related professional experience or equivalent marketing-related internship.
- Understanding of database design and usage.
- Experience with HTML, video and multimedia production, and social media copywriting.

Preferred Qualifications & Education:
- Experience with Lexis-Nexis InterAction, Sitecore CMS software, and email marketing software.
- Knowledge and experience with podcasting/blogging, streaming platforms, and editing audio/video.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Premiere Pro.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.

Salary Information:
This position may be filled in Colorado or Illinois, with base salary ranges as follows:
