RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate and maintain trusted relationships with Firm team members, clients, business partners, and vendors
- Manage client relationships, including identifying key issues and developing strategies
- Lead technical aspects of engagements and delegate responsibilities to non-lawyers
- Ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget
- Contribute to the development of the Firm and its brand
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities
- Prepare and implement business plans
- Develop and maintain client relationships through marketing efforts
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training team members
- Act as a mentor and influence the growth and development of team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven technical, client management, project plan design, facilitation, and project leadership skills
- Experience with M365, including Purview, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Knowledge of Google office productivity suite products in a legal context
- Experience with mobile devices and messaging, including preservation and collection for litigation
- Familiarity with archiving solutions and data loss investigations
- Broad range of experience in business operations and management best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive team spirit
- Technology-adept with excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in eDiscovery and information governance within a law firm, consulting advisory firm, or corporate management function
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Masters or other advanced degree preferred
- Experience managing staff and remote teams
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time, including internationally
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Dexterity for reaching, grasping, stooping, and bending
- Ability to closely examine and inspect materials and distinguish colors
- Ability to travel as needed
- Frequent use of a keyboard
