Key Responsibilities:
Support the Human Resources department in implementing and maintaining compliant policies and processes.
Assist with various compliance-related tasks, including reporting, training, and identifying new employment and labor laws.
Research and analyze human resources issues at the state, federal, and international level.
Liaise with other departments and assist with client-related compliance activities.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory standards in all compliance-related processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years of HR compliance experience in a professional services environment preferred.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
Familiarity with international employment laws and data privacy laws a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams desirable.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range of $70 – 90k.

Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Compliance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the firm's compliance with employment and labor laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with implementing and maintaining compliant Firm-wide policies and processes.
Completing compliance-related reporting activities such as the EEO-1 and I-9.
Identifying new and revised employment and labor laws and regulations.
Maintaining and tracking compliance training programs.
Researching and analyzing human resources issues at the state, federal, and international level.
Liaising with other departments and assisting with client-related compliance activities.
Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory standards in all compliance-related processes.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
