Responsibilities:

- Perform accounting duties in accordance with company procedures and deadlines
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify and document root cause issues
- Accurately record time worked each day
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business preferred, high school diploma required
- 2 years of professional experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Experience in billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable, cash application, or accounts payable preferred
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, or Oracle preferred
- Experience with invoicing platforms like Black Knight's LoanSphere, CoreLogic's iClear, or Serengeti preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions
- Excellent communication, teaming, organization, and time management skills
- Proven ability to identify and propose solutions for process improvement
- Ability to work remotely
