Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch legal services and helping our clients achieve their immigration goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a writing intensive field
• Experience with employment-based immigration preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in document review and case preparation
• Draft petition forms and support letters
• Correspond with clients under attorney supervision
• Manage document collection, deadlines, and case tracking
• Conduct research and detailed drafting

Salary:

• Commensurate with experience (0-3 years)
• Competitive compensation ranging from $48,000 to $65,000 per year

Work Location:

• Hybrid position in San Diego, CA 92121
• Work from home two days a week after initial training period
