Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager of Unclaimed Property is responsible for managing unclaimed property matters and reviews of voluntary disclosures submitted by companies. This includes engaging with clients, unclaimed property administrators, adverse parties, and opposing attorneys to ensure efficient and effective reviews and resolutions. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing tasks and deadlines as a project manager for complex unclaimed property matters.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling accounting records and deliverables.
- Investigating and reviewing transactions to determine if they represent unclaimed property.
- Preparing and reviewing calculations of unclaimed property liability and statistical sampling.
- Delegating tasks and providing feedback to team members.
- Conducting client and adverse party presentations.
- Preparing and reviewing client-ready reports.
- Researching and reviewing financial information and unclaimed property issues.
- Reviewing unclaimed property reports filed with states.
- Applying unclaimed property law and regulations to company facts and accounting transactions.
- Investigating and reviewing corporate structures and histories.
- Standardizing team-wide review processes for consistency.
- Assisting in negotiating unclaimed property settlements.
- Drafting and reviewing responses to inquiries from opposing parties.
- Recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
