Job Title: PIP Marketer

Job Responsibilities:
The PIP Marketer at the law firm operates under the supervision of an Attorney within a department, with the primary objective of promoting the firm to expand its business within the Boston area. The responsibilities of the PIP Marketer include:

- Proactively identifying and recruiting new medical providers to join the network.
- Coordinating and scheduling meet-and-greet meetings with providers, leadership, and attorneys.
- Conducting detailed audits of client files and medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to arrange client meetings and engagement opportunities.
- Acting as the primary point of contact, equivalent to an Account Manager, between case managers and providers.
- Developing and implementing efficient processes for identifying and extracting personal injury cases.
- Importing and managing case data within the Litify platform.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the Personal Injury market, trends, and provider landscape.
- Confidently communicating with attorneys and doctors, particularly regarding billing and case logistics.
- Traveling locally, within approximately 10 miles, to provider offices 3–4 days per week, especially during the onboarding phase.
- Working in a fast-paced, high-volume practice environment with an emphasis on organization and efficiency.
- Representing the company in a professional, personable manner aligned with sales-oriented roles.
- Performing other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.

Education and Experience Information:
The qualifications for the PIP Marketer role include:

- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of law firm experience is preferred.
- Experience in Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Premises, or other injury-related practice areas is preferred.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings.
- Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive computer and database expertise, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and typing no less than 35 words per minute.
