As an Employment Litigation Associate, the candidate will be joining a dynamic and growing firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. The firm's Labor and Employment practice covers a wide range of matters, including employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour defense, and traditional labor law. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in litigation, specifically defending federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions.

In addition, the candidate should have experience in handling investigations before various government agencies such as the . Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, and the EEOC. The candidate should also have experience appearing before the National Labor Relations Board in matters related to union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrations. Strong experience in employment litigation in federal and state court is also required.

The candidate must have a JD from an ABA accredited law school and be admitted to practice in California. The firm offers a competitive compensation package with a total annual compensation range of $135,000 - $200,000, depending on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
