Job Title: Foreclosure Processor
Job Responsibilities:
The Foreclosure Processor at the law firm is primarily responsible for various administrative and processing tasks related to foreclosure proceedings. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to status inquiries.
- Preparing documents and performing quality control measures.
- Updating internal processing systems.
- Monitoring and updating client’s third-party systems.
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and borrowers.
- Assisting with other duties and special projects as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
- A High School Diploma is required for this position.
- This is an entry-level position, but office experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, is preferred.
- Prior experience in foreclosure processing client systems, previous law firm or loan processing experience, is preferred.
- Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet is required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change are essential.
- Being a team player and providing assistance in multiple areas when necessary is important.

Salary Information:
The pay type for the Foreclosure Processor position is hourly.
