**Members Only** is seeking a Sr. Benefits Analyst to join their Global Operations Team and make a real impact on a global scale. This is a full-time position, with a flexible work arrangement and hybrid work schedule, located in various cities including Boston, New York, and Los Angeles.
The Sr. Benefits Analyst will work under the direction of the Manager, Benefits to administer leaves of absence and assist partners and employees with benefit enrollments in . and international offices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in HR Benefits analysis or administration related functions. They should also have a working knowledge of all federal and state requirements, strong verbal and written communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Responsibilities for this role include processing and monitoring leaves of absence, coordinating annual open enrollment, promoting and facilitating education about firm benefit programs, and assisting with coordinating various firm-wide benefits programs and initiatives. The Sr. Benefits Analyst will also be responsible for processing benefit invoices, conducting benefits orientations, and acting as a ,400 Los Angeles $76,600 - $114,900 New York $76,600 - $114,900 Philadelphia $68,600 - $102,900 San Francisco $81,700 - $122,500 Santa Monica $76,600 - $114,900 Silicon Valley $81,700 - $122,500 Washington DC $72,900 - $109,400.

Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor leaves of absence, including parental, short and long-term disability, FMLA, and other leaves of absence.
- Coordinate annual open enrollment, including active participation in health fairs.
- Promote and facilitate education about firm benefit programs.
- Process benefit invoices and maintain thorough knowledge of the firm's benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with coordinating various firm-wide benefits programs and initiatives.
- Conduct benefits orientations and act as a contact and advocate for questions related to all benefit programs.
- Act as a liaison between external resources (vendors and consultants) and internal firm partners (HR, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
- Stay updated on current and potential legislation governing the firm's health, welfare, and retirement plans.
- Prepare benefits-related documents for the exit interview process and assist with the administration of retiree medical programs.
- Provide support and back-up for other team members when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR Benefits analysis or administration related functions.
- Working knowledge of all federal and state requirements.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Workday a plus.
- Working knowledge of web-based computer environment and software programs.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to anticipate problems and find appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-office global environment.
