Law Firm Seeks e-Data Analyst with Technical Litigation Support Experience

Job Title: e-Data Analyst
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a law firm or eDiscovery vendor environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Certifications or equivalent experience in Relativity, LiveNote, CaseNotebook, and Trial Director preferred
Location:
- Washington, Illinois, District of Columbia, New York, Colorado, or California
Responsibilities:
- Design databases and workflows to support document reviews
- Generate reports and perform quality control on document productions
- Process electronic material
- Provide assistance to legal teams with various software
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate time records
- Prepare materials for distribution
- Monitor changes in litigation support software industry
- Special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical background in litigation support or as a litigation Paralegal
- Expertise in database creation and organization
- Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
- Quick learner with new litigation software
