Job Responsibilities:
The role of an Intake Specialist/Receptionist at the law firm involves being the initial point of contact for new clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting daily call quotas to qualify potential new clients.
- Building rapport with callers through email, phone, or in-person interactions.
- Gathering data from inquiries to qualify potential new clients.
- Preparing necessary reports and handling document scanning and preparation.
- Managing high volume incoming and outgoing calls.
- Following a script to gather information from callers and entering it into an online system.
- Performing front desk reception duties.
- Gathering reports at the end of each shift.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Intake Specialist/Receptionist position should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an intake coordinator, high volume receptionist, customer service representative, or in an office support role.
- Prior experience handling a high volume of calls is most preferred.
- Proven computer skills for data lookup and entry.
- The ability to learn new technology and databases.
- A track record of reliability and punctuality.
- Strong verbal, written, and in-person communication skills.
- High organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
Salary Information:
The compensation for the Intake Specialist/Receptionist role at the law firm ranges from $16 to per hour.
