**Members Only** LLP, a Civil Litigation Defense Law Firm, is seeking a Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. Role Responsibilities:

- Order, follow up, and track medical records
- Schedule IME's
- Conduct docket searches
- Retain experts and send documents for review
- Gather medical records and other discovery materials
- Assist with trial preparation
- Organize and maintain files in document management system
- Perform general office administration tasks

Role Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong research and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lexis Nexis
- Experience obtaining medical records and preparing medical chronologies
- Familiarity with asbestos and other areas of civil defense
- Knowledge of legal processes in Pennsylvania
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive work style

Required Education & Licensure:

- 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal
- Litigation experience
- Paralegal certificate or licensure (preferred)
