Job Title: Pre-Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

Job Responsibilities:
The pre-litigation paralegal will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at supporting the personal injury department within the law firm. Key responsibilities include:
- Opening and managing insurance claims related to personal injury cases.
- Obtaining necessary insurance documents and police reports to support case files.
- Requesting liens and ensuring proper documentation is in place.
- Communicating with clients to update them on treatment status and other case developments.
- Requesting and managing medical records to support personal injury claims.
- Assisting in the overall pre-litigation management of personal injury cases.

Education and Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a pre-litigation paralegal, specifically in the field of personal injury, is required.
- Applicants must have recent and relevant experience in handling personal injury cases.
- Experience in plaintiff personal injury work is mandatory, with at least two (2) years of experience required.
