Job Title: Case Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
The Case Assistant in the law firm is expected to perform a variety of tasks that require strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients. One of the primary responsibilities is to gather necessary information by phone and email while maintaining professionalism and reliability. The role demands a detail-oriented and organized approach to work, with the ability to multitask and manage several time-critical projects under tight deadlines. Additionally, the case assistant must effectively track and audit work, prioritize tasks, and manage electronic information and document management, including document review.

Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for the Case Assistant position, candidates must have experience with case management software programs, with a preference for familiarity with FileVine. Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Suite products, including Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required. The candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrate the capability to work remotely. A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.

Salary Information:
