Morgan & Morgan, the largest injury law firm in the world, is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from developing tools to streamline client cases to supporting the IT needs of the firm's employees and partners. You will play a vital role in ensuring projects are completed on time and to expectations, working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor IT project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues, and support resolution efforts
- Organize and maintain project documentation
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in IT
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tools (., Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting IT initiatives or enterprise programs
- Interest in project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, or Agile)
- Understanding of IT delivery or business process workflows
