Job Title: Business Development Manager - Litigation
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a law firm or professional services organization
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans and marketing strategies for assigned practice groups
- Drive client targeting and identify revenue-generating opportunities
- Lead business development activities such as RFPs, pitches, and client relationship management
- Mentor and lead junior colleagues
- Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing work environments
- Plan and execute conferences, seminars, and other events
- Ensure consistency of branding and messaging
- Utilize knowledge management tools to enhance business development efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and/or marketing in a law firm or professional services organization
- Strong project management skills, including experience with conferences and events
- Strategic thinker with understanding of branding and messaging
- Self-starter with ability to balance long-term strategic vision and day-to-day implementation
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools, such as Foundation, preferred

Overview:
