Senior Property Administration Analyst
Duties: Sets up and manages lease payments and ensures that leases are paid in a timely manner; troubleshoots landowner payment issues. Inputs and maintains data related to leases and other agreements in lease tracking database. Helps record real estate agreements. Monitors expiration dates of land agreements and drafts extension letters/notices as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
