Job Title: Senior Manager of Business Development Strategy

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lawyers in assigned practices to develop, implement, and execute business development plans, initiatives, and activities.
- Create, customize, and update pitch materials, directory submissions, and other marketing content, ensuring they are well-written and appropriately targeted towards audiences.
- Monitor business, legal, and geopolitical news to identify strategic opportunities for individual partners and practice groups.
- Plan, execute, and conduct follow-up for client events, webinars, and other thought leadership campaigns.
- Serve as the business development lead for onboarding and integration of assigned lateral partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter capable of managing numerous high-visibility projects under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
- Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and some knowledge of legal field-specific applications.

Salary Information:
- Pay range for this role in California, New York, and Washington DC is $200k - $215k, with the final offer amount dependent on skillset and experience.
