Job Title: Corporate Associate – Public Companies and Capital Markets
Job Responsibilities:
The corporate associate will be responsible for handling various aspects of public company and capital market transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring public company reporting compliance and governance.
- Managing day-to-day issues for public companies, such as SEC compliance and disclosure matters.
- Overseeing governance and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance.
- Representing either issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, equity/debt offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs), and at-the-market offerings.
- Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies is advantageous.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in public company and capital market transactions. This includes:
- Experience in public company reporting compliance and governance.
- Expertise in handling SEC compliance, disclosure matters, governance, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance.
- Experience in representing issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions.
- Familiarity with technology and/or life sciences companies is considered a plus.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is between $310,000 and $390,000, based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
