Corporate & Securities - Associate Attorney - Midlevel

Job Responsibilities:
The midlevel Corporate & Securities Associate Attorney will be responsible for:
- Engaging in public company reporting and compliance
- Handling capital markets transactions
- Overseeing corporate governance matters
- Working on equity capital markets transactions
- Ensuring SEC compliance for a variety of companies across different industries
- Managing corporate, governance, and transactional matters for private companies
- Collaborating closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated legal matters at a national level

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in public company reporting and compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance is required
- Applicants must provide a cover letter, resume, and law school transcripts

Salary Information:
- The compensation range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000 annually
- Compensation is dependent on qualifications and experience
- The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
