Job Title: Capital Markets Associate
Job Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Capital Markets Associate position should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. They should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience, corresponding to the class of 2022 to the class of 2024, in handling sophisticated corporate transactions, with a focus on structured finance or securitization. While specific Capital Markets experience is considered a plus, it is not a strict requirement. A strong academic record is essential, along with exceptional analytical and writing skills. Candidates must be members of the New York Bar to be eligible for this position.
Salary Information:
The expected salary range for the Capital Markets Associate position is between $225,000 and $260,000. However, actual salary offers may vary based on several factors, including education, training, skill sets, licensure and certification, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
