Job Title: Corporate Transactions Associate, US

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in sophisticated law firm experience on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leveraged buyouts, corporate governance, and complex commercial transactions.
- Demonstrate significant attention to detail and ability to interact successfully with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors.
- Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to manage client engagements.
- Display excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
- Work in a collegial, team-based practice involving interaction and coordination with subject matter experts throughout the law firm.
- ESOP M&A experience or an interest in ESOP M&A would be considered a plus.

Education and Experience Information:
- The position is targeted at mid-level associates with four to six years of experience.
- Candidates should have sophisticated law firm experience in the relevant practice areas.

Salary Information:
- Pursuant to New York pay transparency laws, the compensation range for an associate with four to six years of experience is estimated to be between $225,000 to $280,000 at the time of posting.
- Actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure, certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- The range is based on a full-time work schedule.
