- Handle employment litigation in federal and state court
Qualifications:
- JD from ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in California
Compensation:
- Total annual compensation range: $125,000 - $180,000

As an Employment Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in our Labor and Employment practice, which includes handling employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour defense, and traditional labor law matters. We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of litigation experience defending federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions. You should also have experience handling investigations before various agencies, such as the . Department of Labor and the California Department of Industrial Relations, as well as appearing before the National Labor Relations Board for union-related matters. Additionally, you should be admitted to practice in California and have a JD from an ABA accredited law school.
We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $180,000, with exact compensation varying based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
