Job Title: IT Field Services Technician

Job Responsibilities:

The IT Field Services Technician is entrusted with delivering exceptional support to employees within their designated office or region and to over 6000 employees nationwide. The Technician's responsibilities include:

- Providing friendly and professional on-site support to users in their assigned region(s).
- Creating, monitoring, tracking, scheduling, updating, and closing tickets within ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Responding to and resolving tickets escalated from the Service Delivery teams to Field Services.
- Collaborating with vendors to resolve issues as necessary.
- Maintaining, organizing, and ordering stock of IT hardware within their region.
- Establishing and building relationships with local leadership and staff to seek solutions that improve their daily workflow.
- Performing routine to moderately complex troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Maintaining and sustaining inventory of IT hardware in their region.

Education and Experience Information:

The ideal candidate for the IT Field Services Technician position should possess:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk role.
- Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory Services.
- A basic understanding of Networking and wiring configurations.
- Familiarity with remote access technologies such as VPN terminal services and published apps.
- Preferred experience working with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and VMware.
- The ability to assist others with complex issues in a professional manner.
- The capability to manage and prioritize incidents, requests, and tasks effectively.
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourcefulness, organization, high dependability, efficiency, and attention to detail.
