We are looking for a lateral associate to join our Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits team. The ideal candidate will be a law school graduate of 2019+ and have a mix of experience in executive compensation, equity and other incentive compensation, and ERISA work.

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on executive compensation and employee benefits matters
• Advise clients on tax and securities law implications of executive compensation arrangements
• Draft and negotiate executive compensation agreements and related documents
• Provide advice on incentive compensation programs, equity plans and other employee benefits matters
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions
• Stay abreast of changes in the law and provide updates to clients

Qualifications:
• Law school graduate of 2019+
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of executive compensation, ERISA, and securities laws
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines

Salary and Benefits:
• Annual compensation range between $295,000 and $415,000
