The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of four years of experience in labor and employment law, including litigation and general counseling. Experience in handling class action and individual lawsuits related to employment discrimination, wage and hour claims, and other employment issues is required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in employee discipline, restrictive covenants, harassment and retaliation, labor law, and workplace investigations and trainings. OSHA experience is a plus, as well as federal clerkship experience.
