Law Firm Seeking Mid-Level Associate for Employment Law Counseling and Compliance Department in Los Angeles or San Francisco

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in employment law counseling and compliance
- Experience with preparation of employment policies and agreements, counseling on employee relations issues, and conducting workplace investigations
- Knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws preferred
- Experience with certain aspects of litigation preferred, but not required

Salary: $215,000 - $290,000, with potential for discretionary bonus

- Juris Doctorate degree
- Admission to practice law in California
