Advice to law firm management: Implement a good communication strategy from the top down. Have staff meetings so everyone is on the same page. Update the outdated technology in the office.

Pros: Great people to work with. There is tons of cooperation and comradery. Everyone works hard. There are no slackers here. Good benefits.

Cons: Expectations are often not communicated effectively. Communication period is a huge problem. Everyone feels off. Nepotism is an issue.

Advice to law firm management: As I already mentioned, I would like to see management hire a few attorneys that are experienced in not getting too emotionally involved with cases. We could get more work done if we were not so emotionally attached to our results.

Pros: What I like most about my home away from home is how well my fellow attorneys tend to bond with their clients. I feel as though everyone really cares about the cases they are working on.

Cons: Sometimes we can care a little bit too much. I really feel as though we need management to hire a few people that are experienced in terms of not getting too emotionally involved with the results of each case.

Everyone Loves LawCrossing

LawCrossing is fantastic! When I am looking for a job, it is the first place I come to. The service is very good and I enjoyed the emails. LawCrossing has more jobs and it is more tailored. Other sites gave a lot of irrelevant results. Your site may have a great algorithm, but it felt like an actual person choosing jobs they felt would be good based on my search. I will always recommend this site!
