The ideal candidate must have experience with qualified retirement plans, executive compensation and/or health welfare plans, and the benefits side of merger and acquisition transactions. Experience handling employer-side general labor and employment matters would also be ideal. Must preferably possess strong communication and drafting skills, along with a practical, client-centered approach and a desire to grow into a leader for the employee benefits team.
