## Law Firm Employee Benefits Counsel/Partner Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Counsel/Partner for multiple office locations in Minneapolis, MN; Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; and New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of relevant experience in working with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and other applicable employee benefits laws. ### Qualifications * * Licensed to practice law in the state where the office resides * 10+ years of experience working with ERISA, the IRC, qualified retirement plans, nonqualified plans and executive compensation * ESOP experience, particularly ESOP transaction experience preferred * Book of business a plus, but not required * Ability to build out a practice, with associate attorneys in the future * Large law firm experience preferred ### Work Environment & Physical Demands This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers. ### Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position applies to New York and reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to portable business, experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $300,000 to $340,000.
