# Employee Benefits and ERISA Partner

Law Firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its team to represent clients in all areas of employee benefits law, including qualified retirement plan design and compliance, sponsor and fiduciary risk management, benefit plan documentation, health and welfare benefit plans, ERISA claims and dispute resolution, governmental investigations and audits, and Affordable Care Act compliance.

## Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

* Practicing independently in the areas of employee benefits law
* Developing and maintaining client relationships
* Handling qualified retirement plan design and compliance
* Managing sponsor and fiduciary risk
* Drafting benefit plan documentation
* Resolving ERISA claims and disputes
* Handling governmental investigations and audits
* Advising on Affordable Care Act compliance

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

* JD degree from an accredited law school
* Admitted to practice law in at least one state in the Northeastern United States
* 10+ years of relevant legal experience
* Portable and growing book of business

## Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $300,000, depending on experience.
