With a minimum of 5 years of experience in special education matters, this position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of legal issues within the education field.

Job Description:
- Represent school districts in all aspects of special education, including litigation, IEP development, mediations, and due process hearings
- Handle a diverse range of legal matters, including Section 504, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act, and more
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis and opinions on complex issues
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, school administrators, court officials, and other legal professionals
- Generate new clients through networking and marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Law degree from an accredited law school and admission to the New Jersey Bar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in school and special education law
- Familiarity with special education, labor relations, and negotiations
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in legal techniques and research
