What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Offer better advantages, pay and employee training and you'll draw in a higher caliber competitor and create higher quality work. Over-burdening battling employees and advancing middle managers with poor composition, talking and administration abilities will keep on sinking the ship.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a ton of room for development inside the organization. It

The administrative low to mid-level administration did not oversee employees well and did not advance managers who were experienced at overseeing and managing. There was a great deal of grumbling by staff which went unanswered and low to mid-level administration did not appear to mind.
