Advice to law firm management: More of a structure for certain groups in the task department would help out. More refinement of duties is needed.

Pros: I was taught so much here and the focus was on helping and improving each other which helps out so much in all facets.

Cons: The hours they expect you to use in your life is very large. Some people cannot take the stress this place has.

Advice to law firm management: I would like to see management do a better job at keeping gossipand small talk to a minimum. I would also like to see some of the unprofessional attorneys that I mentioned lectured or replaced.

Pros: The pay is great and I gained a lot of useful experience and knowledge during my stay at this firm. I also thought that the secretaries were very accommodating at all times.

Cons: Too much drama. I felt as though there was always gossip going around during work hours and it was very distracting and unprofessional. I also worked with a few new attorneys that I thought were extremely unprofessional.

I was incredibly happy with the site. I thought it was very easy to use; had significantly more postings than any other site (or combination of sites); and provided a lot of useful information. (the number, and caliber, of job postings). Exactly what I was looking for – I have 5 years’ experience and was looking for a lateral move or an in-house position, and that’s exactly what I found!
