Law Clerks Law students work with us throughout the academic year. As with the summer associate program, goal is to give law clerks hands-on experience and exposure to culture while they complete their academic programs.
Law Students The candidate should be First or second year law students looking for an opportunity to work with lawyers in a variety of practice areas will participate in depositions, client meetings, trials and closings. Encouraged to be thinkers, doers, learners, and leaders; they will experience the practice of law, pro bono matters, and a long tradition of service to the profession and the community.
Clerkship Program The candidate must be first and second year law students.
Law students Interns will be involved in a variety of work, including providing support with commercial, investment treaty and State-to-State arbitrations, carrying out research, and assisting with written submissions and oral hearings. Must have junior lawyers, including recent law school / LLM graduates, who are interested in undertaking an internship in international arbitration.

Law Clerk (2L or 3L student) The candidate should have some knowledge of and experience in healthcare law through coursework. Job responsibilities will include research memos, detailed guidance letters, and updating manuals/compliance documents for clients. Other responsibilities might include writing blog posts on topics in regulatory healthcare. The law clerk will work on matters involving telehealth, Stark Law, HIPAA, corporate formations, and contracts.
Law Students Clerks will work with firm attorneys, attending client meetings, closings, depositions and hearings.
