Law Firm Seeks Marketing Coordinator for Full Time Position in Highland Park

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our Highland Park office. This is a full time position with competitive compensation and potential for bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:

- Execute referral-based marketing campaigns
- Support new product launches through digital campaigns and follow-up
- Assist with intake process and client satisfaction program
- Coordinate live events, seminars, webinars, and tradeshows
- Communicate with team members to ensure completion of marketing tasks
- Collaborate with independent contractors and vendors
- Manage blog and social media postings
- Compile results tracking and provide updates to executive team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, English, journalism, or a related field
- Previous experience coordinating marketing efforts for a service organization
- Strong communication and executive function skills
- Knowledge of social media and email marketing
- Experience with tradeshows and event planning
- Market research skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, WordPress, and social media posting
