Qualifications: High School Diploma and/or GED Required. Associate's Degree preferred or comparable work experience. 1 year as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Manager is required; Ability to proficiently prioritize; Critical thinking; Attention to detail and accuracy; Dependable and reliable; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook, Teams, One Drive and Sharepoint; Experience with Needles (Neos) software is a plus
